Hard to pick just one from today. The Bayon was built in the late 12th century by King Jayavarman VII. It served as the official state temple of his kingdom so he put it right in the middle of the capital, Angkor Thom. You can't make them out in this

Banteay Srei. Mid-10th century temple, only one in Cambodia not built by a king. Dedicated to Shiva, the temple is built out of sandstone and is known for its intricate carvings. It's smaller than most of the other temples and certainly worth the visit.
