The crowd. We thought this was a crowd. we arrived around 9am. when we left around noon or 1pm we saw what a crowd really was. HOLY WOW! If you visit the Taj, I can't recommend early arrival enough. We walked right in and had a really great day.

As beautiful as the exterior is, the inside is even more beautiful, but since it is a holy place, cameras are not allowed.

This building was just a shell build to provide symmetry with the mosque beside the Taj Mahal. Even though it was just a shell, it was totally gorgeous.

Agra Fort. So after lunch we planned to visit Agra Fort. It's nearby and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. I was so tired and worn out that I couldn't believe we had to make it through another entire site...especially since I thought nothing could hold a cand

Every detail of this place was gorgeous. well, except this one dingy stairwell that smelled like it had been turned into a men's room. everything else though. ;)

I really love this place. There was a large section that was being restored, including the glass apartment. A room made up of little mirrors, glass and stones that was lit with artificial light and sparkled like mad. I have to go back and see that when it
