At some points during the race, I wished my Shot Blocks were Jello Shots. I am not sure what the crap on my face is. I didn't even know I had crap on my face.

These ladies do taichi along the beach every morning, and on this particular morning, they put up a demonstration.

I mean, I'm down wit runnin, dawg. Look at how low my shorts are sagging from water loss (me) and water retention (shorts). Having an iPod clipped on and Shot Blocks in the back pocket didn't help either. At some point, I just gave up on tugging my shorts

I wish we'd taken this shot with Dad's digital camera instead of the cheapo disposable run I toted during the run. This was supposed to be the money shot!
