Maya and Brenda set out the flatware and napkins. Maya undid the factory fold and re-folded the napkins in her special way. Such a great helper.

So juicy and good. It should be after soaking in a brine bath all night and roasting for hours. TLC paid off and it was so good.

A lone turkey was saved from the table...this one was was NOT stuffed. A gift from Dwight Axelrod in 2005, I think of him on this special day and am thankful he touched our lives.
