Spindoc Bob: Our day started with a ride on the train to the city and a muesli bar for morning tea.
Spindoc Bob: From the station we walked through Hyde Park.
Spindoc Bob: You can touch some of the exhibits at the museum. Here is Isaac with a koala.
Spindoc Bob: Isaac with an echidna, making sure he pats it the right way.
Spindoc Bob: Giving a Minmi paravertebra (a dinosaur from Queensland) a hug.
Spindoc Bob: Isaac admires the Styracosaurus skeleton. He was very impressed with this one.
Spindoc Bob: Saying hi to the diprotodon (giant wombat). These things roamed Australia until about 40,000 years ago.

Spindoc Bob: Saying hello to an ancestor of the Tasmanian tiger (thylacene).
Spindoc Bob: A marsupial lion (thylacoleo). Roar!
Spindoc Bob: The elephant skelton. Surprised Isaac recognised it without its trunk.
Spindoc Bob: Darren and Isaac have lunch in Hyde Park.
Spindoc Bob: Keeping an eye on the ibis that wanted our lunch.
Spindoc Bob: Admiring the fountain at Hyde Park.
Spindoc Bob: Isaac enjoyed watching the giant bubbles, even if the bigger kids burst most of them before he had a chance to.
Spindoc Bob: Funny that Isaac and the guy playing white are striking the same pose. Not sure what that means.
Spindoc Bob: Devouring an ice cream on the ferry back to Parramatta.
Spindoc Bob: Looking out over the edge on the ferry.
Spindoc Bob: Isaac watches a yacht sail past us.
Spindoc Bob: The Gladesville bridge, which Isaac, Nay and Darren spend too many days driving over. Today we went under it.
Spindoc Bob: Nearing Parramatta - Isaac plays hide and seek with a boy a few rows in front.
