First bend with finger pressure, bend around pin till legs are parallel

Second bend, flip in jig and bend second bend till legs overlap.

Using a smooth jaw ‘tool’ vice, file end square.

Snipping the 3/16” diameter brass wire in the middle of the side. Snip the wire at different angles so the cut shape is a pyramid. It’s easier to file square.

Use vice to tweak bends. There is some spring back to deal with.

Using smooth jaw pliers, tweak shape as required. I use the same pliers used to pull needles through leather.
