cdrdwd: The rack was easy to assemble and only took a few minutes
cdrdwd: 11/32 plywood and FRM 3x each 4x8 foot sheets

cdrdwd: Finding the actual size of the rack vs advertised. 60" was inside, not outside size
cdrdwd: Again checking the size of the rack, 24" was the inside size
cdrdwd: Using a clamp to cut the plywood for sizes & back
cdrdwd: Laying out the back and sizes and corner supports
cdrdwd: Gluing up the back and sides, using temporary boards in front
cdrdwd: Back and sides glued (liquid nails) and screwed
cdrdwd: Fitting the sides and back onto the rack
cdrdwd: Sides and back on the rack ready to secure in place
cdrdwd: back is secured with 2x3 with cutouts for the rack glued and nailed together
cdrdwd: Sides have 3/4x3/4 support on top of the rack
cdrdwd: I added 2x4 with cutouts for the rack frame to keep the sides from moving up/down or front to back
cdrdwd: Securing the 2nd side in place the same as the first
cdrdwd: Adding 2x3 supports for the front to mount doors
cdrdwd: Added a 2x4 support between the rack bars to help secure everything
