Air Evac Lifeteam Bell 206 N335AE sitting on the pad at Duncan Regional Hospital. Tragically this chopper crashed while attempting to land at a Wichita Falls, Texas hospital killing 3 and seriously injuring 1 early on October 4, 2014.
