BJL_Hen: A blast from the past...this is the Rose Province in Nan Tou
BJL_Hen: Stayed here for a couple days back in November of last year...
BJL_Hen: Even the bathroom has roses climbing in through the window...
BJL_Hen: And here we have "Fat guy in a tub".
BJL_Hen: This place was really nice...
BJL_Hen: The weather was great...
BJL_Hen: And I have never seen so many different types and colours of roses in my life...
BJL_Hen: Some of these roses were huge...
BJL_Hen: See what I mean...that's my hand by the way...
BJL_Hen: The smell reminded me of the wild roses we use to have lining the lane at the farm I grew up on.
BJL_Hen: This is a park we visited while we were in Nan Tou. The walls of flowers were very interesting.
BJL_Hen: Here I am feeding some geese.
BJL_Hen: Belinda snapped the pictures but she kept telling me to get closer to the geese for a better picture...
BJL_Hen: So I tried to get a little closer...
BJL_Hen: Without flopping into the water...
BJL_Hen: Now this building is covered with flowers and is actually a place you can stay. It has a hardwood floor, bed, TV, DVD, and a bathroom on the back. I thought it would be cool if we stay in one of these the next time we go to Nan Tou.
BJL_Hen: The scenery in Nan Tou was really beautiful.
BJL_Hen: The region likes to claim it's very similar to European mountain countries.
BJL_Hen: Look close in this one and you'll see a mother and her children playing on the hill.
BJL_Hen: "Hairy fat guy on a rope"
