Basement is emptied and the rest of the house looks like a hoarders den. Day 1 of renovation is today!

Amazing amount of demolition done in just one day. Discovered that the previous owners just slapped things on the wall & floor to cover up nasty... There's linoleum under the carpet!

Amazing progress on the basement #renovation project: last week the plumber came & installed pipes for bath/laundry room, bathroom fan installed, ceiling pot lights & complicated electrical matrix installed!

This week's update on the basement renovation: - last week concrete was poured in bathroom floor, after it set the sub-flooring was finished. - all the old & new walls framed & insulation put in. Drywall almost finished too! (My bathroom has a wall now!
