Remove Bobbin Winder with large headed screwdriver

Wrap Bobbin Winder Tightly So Washers Aren't Lost

Wrap Bobbin Winder Separately in Bubblewrap

Push Bobbin Winder all the way down if you are unable to remove it.

Turning the handwheel towards you, lower the upper take up lever.

TIGHTEN the Motor to Machine

TIGHTEN the Motor to Machine (Screw is accessed from the front of the machine.).

Wrap cord and foot controller in bubble wrap

Wrap Foot Controller well with bubble wrap

Place plastic wrap on bed of machine

Place Foot Controller inside center of machine

Stuff bubblewrap in the gaps so foot controller and cord will not move

Begin bubblewrapping the machine

Put Bubblewrap between the flip-up bed and machine itself

Wrap machine all the way around both directions

Now wrap in bubble wrap the opposite direction

Tape and secure well

Ready to be placed back inside case

Place inside case (bed on the left, handwheel on the right)

Stuff case with bubble wrap in all the gaps

Replace side tray (or wrap TOP TRAY SEPARATELY, if machine has a larger top tray)

Stuff the top of the case with bubble wrap - just enough that it will close but tight enough that the machine won't move even if tipped upside down.
