After 8 weeks in Taiwan and still not having tried the (in)famous STINKY TOFU, (and having nothing but cucumber slice in my vegan Matsu-bread sandwich,) we stuffed the hell outta that bread. I admit, at the right moment, Stinky Tofu & kimchi saved the day
