adamdoesit: missy needed to relax
adamdoesit: and eat some breakfast.
adamdoesit: so did I.
adamdoesit: we went to REI. this is how 100Kg looks in a size L.
adamdoesit: we went to council crest, where missy saw the light
adamdoesit: and drank some water.
adamdoesit: we didn't get flu shot gift cards
adamdoesit: but we did get lovey-dovey
adamdoesit: which was the point.
adamdoesit: we also got real coke.
adamdoesit: missy thought she preferred gringo mexican
adamdoesit: till we went to a taco truck.
adamdoesit: years fell off us like that.
adamdoesit: we felt both old and new.
adamdoesit: where once there was ennui
adamdoesit: now there was joy.
adamdoesit: I don't mean to say we shed all conflict
adamdoesit: but we gained new apprecation for the journey.
adamdoesit: we hiked into the rain, near mt. hood
adamdoesit: and crossed bridges, literal and metaphoric.
adamdoesit: missy's joy grew tall as trees
adamdoesit: and fresh as summer rain.
adamdoesit: we took in the scenery
