"His Taste exquisite" it reads. You have to appreciate a priest with exquisite taste. This plaque is on the wall of St. John the Baptist Roman Catholic Church in Kinsale.
LynnMGallagher:
St. Johns is an absolutely B-E-A-U-T-I-F-U-L Roman Catholic Church, designed by Brother Michael Augustine, built in 1839 and recently restored. To me it looks more like a Protestant church due to the absence of statues and stained glass.

The interior of St Multose Church which was begun in 1190.
LynnMGallagher:
The architecture of St Multose Church, built in 1190, still shows its Norman roots. It is now a Church of Ireland Protestant church, but it looks very Catholic, probably because it was built as a Catholic Church before Henry VIII broke from the church.

Seen in an antiques store in Kinsale. I did not buy this, but I bought a silver brooch with an Irish design.
