SewLibra: I've made this pattern twice before, but my fabric this time was not as stretchy. I made a pivot and slide FBA. Using .75 in. front and back gave me 3 in. By using removeable tape, I can use the FBA or not.
SewLibra: Using my Slidelock and rotary cutter to cut binding strips. A girl can't have too many sewing notions!
SewLibra: Neck binding. I use the Sarah Veblen method, but wider and a row of topstitching under the band to keep the seam down.
SewLibra: Hemming sleeves on my Janome coverstitch. Love that free arm! The ponte knit fed through like butter with no adjustments at all.
SewLibra: By using painters tape as a I guide, I've got it down now so the inside stitching is right on the fabric edge.
SewLibra: Front.
SewLibra: Raglan top and lounge pants.
SewLibra: Back. I moved my head right as the camera clicked and got swishy hair. Ha!
