SewLibra: Colette patterns and instructions come in a little book. The instructions and illustrations are excellent.
SewLibra: Here is the back showing sizing, notions and yardage info.
SewLibra: Nicole Miller 94% rayon, 6% spandex. A really nice knit but difficult to get an attractive stitch.
SewLibra: Oddly, the back neck is lower than the front. It's a design element I guess?
SewLibra: I got a neat neckline by lining the bodice with self fabric.
SewLibra: Using my sleeve board to press up the sleeve hems.
SewLibra: Instead of clear elastic I shirred with elastic thread in the bobbin. See my tutorial on this method.
SewLibra: After shirring. The gathers are even and perfect. Now just stretch to match the seams and notches on the bodice.
SewLibra: Skirt and bodice pinned together, ready to join. I used 1/2 in. seams throughout rather than the suggested 3/8 in.
SewLibra: Sewing the gathered skirt to the bodice.
SewLibra: Inside out. I lined the bodice to make a neat looking neckline. I didn't like the instructions to turn and topstitch.

SewLibra: Love the pockets!

SewLibra: Back view. I did a swayback adjustment on my second version to get rid of those low back wrinkes.
SewLibra: Front view of first Moneta. I like the bright colors and cool pockets!
