SewLibra: The electrician found a disconnected duct. Apparently we were air conditioning the attic quite well!
SewLibra: Our neighbor's house. Pretty much need your sunglasses to look at it! Christmas 2016.
SewLibra: Our neighbor, Billy, plays the blues and sings for everyone a couple of times per year. Sometimes there is dancing in the street.
SewLibra: Toni Daytona Wedding Dress Contest. My entry, number 198. September 2016.
SewLibra: Luann Comic Strip, Wedding Dress Contest
SewLibra: Playing the classical ironing board. Lol. This is the only ironing board I've ever had. Bought it in 1971 as soon as I moved out on my own. Obviouly vintage now, but heavy and sturdy!
SewLibra: California State Archives preservation lab.
SewLibra: California State Archives research room. I worked on in Admin on the floor above.
SewLibra: Fireplace at Christmas
SewLibra: It's Good To Be Home. Yes, it is!
SewLibra: Reindeer Christmas decoration.
SewLibra: Christmas 2013. Mom used this brass sleigh and reindeer at Christmas when I was a kid.
SewLibra: Christmas 2013. This ceramic light-up tree is older than me. Another childhood memory.

SewLibra: Gotta watch Dumb Debbie (my dress form) ...she gets bored.
SewLibra: Got a calendar, husband hates cats, had to do it! Hehehe.
SewLibra: This is a cool snowflake I made at work for the annual contest. That particular year the Chief decided it was "for fun" and no contest. What??? If I had known that I wouldn't have tried so hard. Ha!
SewLibra: The tree is decorated and I always use the skirt grandma and mom made. They hand sewed all those sequined appliques.
SewLibra: I bought this wreath this year. It runs on batteries for the lights and has a timer that automatically turns it on and off at the same time every night.
SewLibra: O Christmas tree, O Christmas tree!
SewLibra: That ballerina ornament is one of my faves. That and all the stringed instruments were from mom years ago.
SewLibra: Candy and cash for the "big kids"!
SewLibra: Happy Valentine's Day and Anniversary to me!
SewLibra: Horrible rotator cuff repair surgery. So glad it's over.
SewLibra: I took on hand painting the inside and outside of our security door. I was very difficult to get underneath the scrolls and bars. I had to keep wiping paint off with rags.
SewLibra: Unfortunately I found out too late I should have used oil based paint instead of latex. The little holes globbed up and it looked a mess!
SewLibra: I poked out the dried paint from the places where it clogged the holes with an ice pick, and the end it looks pretty good. Much better than it did before anyway.
SewLibra: Day two of painting the security door I went to the hardware store and found this Velcro-ish pad made for staining wood. I worked like a charm to apply the paint without the globs.
SewLibra: Amazing what leaving out one letter will do. Hahaha!
SewLibra: I got the idea for the fangs from a Youtube. They are held in with broken toothpicks. Halloween 2018.
