HarryArthur: Dürer's Turf 2010. 41 x 76.5 x 60.5 cms. Carved wood with acrylic paint. This work is an attempt to transcribe Albrecht Dürer's 1503 watercolour The Large Turf into three dimensions. The grass depicted probably grew somewhere near his home in Nuremburg.
