The house as of April 18. The lot is only 125' x 50'. The house is 54' x 23.5'. I would tend to keep the sand, but Carmen will inevitably plant something.

The new roof, color of burnt sienna. We are open to suggestions of house paint color to compliment this roof. Mother suggested a copper/tan. 4/18/08

This is not exactly right. The stove will be centered on that wall and the cabinets will correspond. Upper and lower cabinets will be symmetrical. 4/18/08
