Bookhenge: Persimmons in the sun's rays
Bookhenge: Persimmon, "nectar of the gods." This is the popular fuyu variety that's eaten like an apple. Sweet and crunchy, Ram described it as a "cross between an apple and a mango."
Bookhenge: Serving up Garden’s traditional persimmon pudding! (Thanks to Diane for the photo)
Bookhenge: Looks yummy!
Bookhenge: This is the non-astringent variety, right?
Bookhenge: Persimmon??? Not everyone is familiar with the fruit!

Bookhenge: Yum!
Bookhenge: Just a little bit . . .
