Turnertower: -3, light snow flurries all day. Trails are frozen but just nicely so there’s no slop or ice. Spring is king and I’ll be damned if I’m not getting ever so slightly better at this biking thing.
Turnertower: One lap at Badaguish at 4pm. Back home to sort my laundry...realised it wasn’t going to be dark for another hour, so back on the bike for lap two, all before sundown! Feeling v lucky and grateful to live here, with that amazing bike and my wee best bud
Turnertower: End of the first section of the Canadian trail. It’s the flowiest trail in the Gorms I reckon. And literally 2 miles from my doorstep!
Turnertower: Ridiculous to say, but this trail is only about 2 miles from ma wee bothy. Aim is to ride it a few times a week since Spring has sprung with or without the Elvis face 😋
Turnertower: Unbelievably springy and beautiful day in the Strathspey! THIS is why I moved north. Soooo sooo happy right now.
Turnertower: Spot the spanner
Turnertower: Amazing to think where all the snow has gone. The rivers are all pretty low too right now and we have ‘high fire risk’ signs in place at work
Turnertower: I was tired. Dog said otherwise. He’s grown accustom to these evening epics we keep finding 😂🐶
Turnertower: Minty charging down the natural stuff tonight
Turnertower: Trying to fit in as many after work rides as the legs allow before the sun starts setting on those type of plans! I know I’ll only regret it in a few months/weeks time 😫
Turnertower: A wee Badaguish bash
Turnertower: When your regular bike trail turns into a ski touring route 😅 🚲 🎿
Turnertower: After failing spectacularly to find my spring baws on a totally new set of trails, took the wee man to the local haunt to lick my wounds and feel like a pro. Progress, is progress but speed is nice sometimes too 😊👍😅🐶
Turnertower: Oh hey there
