Father & his sons on an island next to where they filmed Cast Away. This village owns the island and everyone (including the directors of that film) has to ask the village elders for permission to go there during a Kava ceremony.

This lady was doing her washing when I asked to take her photo- I loved the Fijian's dress sense- I think we could learn something from their colour palette!

We made friends with a waitress on Treasure Island who gave us a parcel to deliver to her family who lived on an island we were travelling to next. This was a great way to see how native Fijian's lived, and when we arrived, package in hand her family wel
