A new Purple belt. I'm amazed at the power and strength I see in her during these tests ... gone is quite little bookworm and in her place is a strong, confident girl.

FQs and pre-cuts done. Now on to bundles and backings. I love how deep these shelves are! I've pushed the stacks to the edge of the shelf & could fit 2 more rows behind each of these.

Meg's certificate and patch arrived from Children With Hair Loss. Still so proud of her for making this decision to help others. (And so happy that she LOVES her shorter hair!) #CutPassLove

The new sewing room shelves are in! 32 cubbies to fill with fabric! To keep things under control (and so I don't feel like I'm drowning in fabric) I think some hard decisions will be made about what go back into this room.

Bridging to Juniors today. We've had such a great year with these girls (and with 2 more activities before summer, it isn't over yet!)

Adventures at the Farmer's Market this morning... we didn't come home with any food, but did adopt this adorable crocheted horse.

Switching out sewing room shelves seemed like a great idea until I actually had to start moving things. Ugh!

I'm not a big fan of Yeti, RTIC & the like (I don't like how the drinks taste out of them) but I LOVE this metal can koozie! This will be perfect for summer days at the pool & beach.

We're making paper flower leis at a party this weekend... probably need 1,000+ flowers... better get to punching.

Bought this flavor infuser pitcher in an effort to drink more water (hubby has been on my case about soda)... it came with a recipe for sangria... good to know I have options if the water thing doesn't pan out.

Coming home from work to find a big box of books on the porch... not a bad way to end a Friday! 📚

Came home from GS Leader dinner with a couple little goodies. Can't believe the scout year is almost done!

Now that the work project is wrapping up, it's time to pick up on house projects again. Next up - new storage in the sewing room.

A Sunday on-call meant I had to miss breakfast with grandpa, but I was able to try out the #runawaybag pattern.

Had lots of fun learning about bees this morning. 🐝 The girls made a paper honeycomb and did a bee dance. Megan's piece of the honeycomb is in the upper right, with flowers on it. #gssjc
