The lady who I thought didn't like my class came up and thanked me for a good workout today. Helping people enjoy fitness and encouraging them to pursue good health makes me over-the-moon happy. Day 16, #100happydays

Seeing my girl in scrubs makes me very happy. The fact she's 17 and working as a vet assistant to pursue her dream of being a service dog trainer makes me so proud and excited for her. Day 17, #100happydays
