I was talking to the neighbor as this was happening and she said that the previous 2 occupants swapped a few car motors using the main beam, this probably took at least 10 years of life from the roof

they told me it will take about 2 hours...I thought yea right, you are just being a salesman, but with a Bobcat and 3 men they nailed it, even with clean up
