1. Board came in with a 'home-repair gone wrong', polyester resin was used in epoxy situation. The polyester resin ate the foam all the way through to the deck glass, 3" wide and 12" long.

2. Cut out a clean rectangle in the board.

3. Make matching foam block from a broken board.

4. Insert foam block, use filler for gaps and adhesion, cut to fit, and glass.

5. Centerline for finbox placement.
Eugene Cole:
6. Use router to create new finbox slot.
Eugene Cole:
7. Insert new finbox.
Eugene Cole:
8. Glass.

9. And paint/seal.
