Sled bed is a sheet of 0.25" UHMW-PE, 15" wide x 10' long. Crossbar locations are marked with painter's tape and the middle line fastener locations are marked at this time.

Crossbar "blanks" are cut to 5/4" x 3/4", and 15" long. The grooved pieces are for the front end of the toboggan at the top of the curl.
