The competition was held in The Burnley Gallery
LindaBCool:
The old Burnley School of Professional Arts was owned by the Cauthorns. Nan Cauthorn was my best friend in 4th and 5th grade, and she taught at The Art Institute for many years, before she died in July 2005.

Chelsea's design, inspired by Little Red Riding Hood and the Wolf. The top part of the dress was made with a folded car sun visor - pretty amazing. The headpiece was made from a vintage suitcase and the visor is a wolf muzzle with teeth.
