The Bridge, Apperley Bridge. Bradford. Yorkshire. (1602) Preacher John Wroe nearly drowned here in 1824 claiming to be able to walk on water in front of 3000 people. The George and Dragon pub is just as old as the bridge and was built around an oak tree
