Mud flats in the Turnagain Arm. This is what it looks like when the tide is out... you don't want to step in here cause you can get stuck. Several people have met their death this way

This part of the Turnagain Arm has a lot of dead trees from the 1964 Earthquake when land sunk as much as 10 ft
