This was taken right before sunset several months ago. I used a neutral density filter and tried my best to get a perfect picture. I need more practice lol. Any suggestions in creating a good scene? Any info will be greatly appreciated.

It has been a while since I have been able to shoot some photos with my DSLR. To much work and not enough play so my alternate is my iPhone. Good thing I have snapseed. It helps my images tremendously.
