shawnpedersen04: Looks like the pre- mitered post mount is ideal for a 160 rotor in this case with a little filing. I'm guessing a 180 you have to go with the unmitered one? Paragon offers two of these two and I can't figutlre out whay the defference is.

shawnpedersen04: Experimenting with cutting roller dies larger than a .75 ball end mill, custom dia..this setup wasn't even close. Too flexy and interrupted. Ive seen a guy who cuts spheres with a custom ground half round form tool mounted in an r8 collet in the mill.
