We took the wrong train, the wrong bus, walked 5 miles out of our way and in the midst we landed in the one spot I've wanted to see since we started planning this trip. The Danish Riviera is BEAUTIFUL! #scandi2015 #louisianamuseum

We ate delicious schnitzel with a sauce unlike anything we have ever had. It was like marsala with onion and brown sugar. We asked the chef what it was but he said it is a secret, so I am sure they get it at Costco.#scandi2015

Marshmallows and strawberries dipped in hot chocolate and hazelnuts on a skewer. Karen and I tried to sneak this treat for ourselves while the others were on a rollercoaster but they caught us. We went back for more because it was too delicious to share.
