Iand49 (Instagram @iand.49): Ex-LMS loco's Stanier Mogul no. 42968 and Ivatt 2MT 2-6-0 no. 46447 await their fate in Woodhams' Bros Barry Scrapyard on 3rd March 1968. However, both these loco's were eventually saved for preservation.

Iand49 (Instagram @iand.49): Ex-GWR Collett heavy goods 2-8-0 no. 3845 lies rusting in Woodhams Bros Scrapyard on Barry Island, South Wales on 3rd March 1968. Behind it stands Bulleid West Country Pacific "City of Wells". Both these locomotives were eventually saved for preservation.
