Cucumber flower (male). Should be removed to stimulate growth of cucumbers, but we thought it was beautiful, so took this photo first.

We have a pidgeon nesting in our garden. Her nest is very primitive, but her single baby seems fine under her feathers.

The baby plumage is almost replaced now. It's beginning to look like a proper pigeon. It's sibling was already gone, a few days later this one left the nest too.
