abaesel: When we are in Montreal for a month or two, we buy pots of herbs, usually basil and rosemary. They are cheery at the window and smell good. When we leave we gift them to the building super for his family.
abaesel: Many of the trees below our window in the old port of Montreal are apple trees full of apples ready for picking. Today I watched a father and son pick the apples with a loooong fruit picker and they filled three buckets. Apple sauce anyone?
